- How quickly are orders dispatched?
Orders are normally dispatched same working day, if placed before 12PM. If this deadline is missed we will dispatch the next working day.
- Who Delivers my order?
Orders are normally delivered via An Post. However we reserve the right to use other couriers. If this happens you will see this when your tracking information is sent to you.
- How quickly should I receive my order after dispatch?
An Post have a 98% next day delivery rating, but it can sometimes take the second working day to reach you.
- Do I have to pay for shipping?
All orders over €75 are send FREE of charge. Smaller orders are charged at €6.99 per delivery but you can collect in store free of charge if you are in the area.
- How will I know when my order is shipped ?
You will receive an email, Facebook Message or sometimes a text ( depending on what options you selected at checkout) letting you know your order is leaving the warehouse.
- Can my shipment be sent to an address other than my billing address?
Yes of course, just enter the details at checkout or call us on (094)9360954 to change the delivery address if you have already placed the order.
- What happens if I miss a delivery?
An Post will normally send you a text advising delivery so its unlikely to happen, however they may reattempt the delivery or leave a card where you can collect the delivery from your local post Office.
- Can I track my order?
Yes - we will issue tracking details on your order dispatch notification.
