What is the returns policy at Lighting Store?
At Lighting Store you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your product to us. You can return your product with this 14 day period for any reason what so ever. Alternatively you can contact us by email or phone.
What do I have to do to return my product?
You simply click on our returns form here to let us know you are returning a product. We will respond in a timely manner with your returns number which you must place in the returned package. Failure to do this can cause delays in processing your refund.
Will I get a full refund?
In general yes - you will get a full refund of the price you paid for the product. Unfortunately we cannot refund your shipping costs. If your order qualified for Free shipping at the time and after the returned items are taken into account your order falls below the free shipping threshold, we reserve the right to deduct the standard shipping charge from your refund.
Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning due to change of mind or because the product is surplus to requirements, then the costs of returns are borne by the purchaser. If the item is faulty or broken, then of course Lighting store will cover the cost of collection or return to us.
